We utilize various programs and strategies to aid them in dissolving their debt in the quickest, safest, and most efficient method possible. We also analyze the risk factor. We structure our programs to drastically minimize the risk that is inevitable with all debt elimination programs.
We offer our clients much more than a debt settlement company does. The vast majority of debt negotiation companies simply settle your debts on your behalf with your creditors- nothing more.
On the other hand, we provide free services to significantly help to minimize the risks that are involved in negotiating with your creditors.
First, we offer a free, no-risk 10 day trial service. During our free trial, we negotiate with your creditors on your behalf to lower your interest rates. Also, we research to see if you have any old debts that you are not legally liable to repay. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you simply walk away. No commitments. No contracts.
Next, we provide a comprehensive credit repair service to all our clients. This is a 5 service that is absolutely free!
Also, we offer free attorney consultation (a maximum of five sessions) in case one or more of your creditors makes any threats.
Last, we provide a written guarantee that our clients' creditors will settle for an average of 50% or more for all of the debts they attempt to negotiate.
Our services are competitively priced- and include the above free services!

Start Up Business Financing Alternatives You Must Try Out
To successfully fund your start up business, we recommend that you employ one of the following alternatives:
- A business loan. This kind of loan is often considered the most traditional form of business financing. With it, you can look forward to receiving sufficient funds to finance a business requirement. In return, you will be asked to submit payments to your lender, on a monthly basis, until you can completely pay back the funds you borrowed, plus a reasonable interest charge.
However, you should remember that applications for traditional business loans often take as much as four months to receive approval. And so this might not be the best financing option for you, especially if you need a huge sum of cash to finance an urgent business need.
- A small business credit card. Did you know that there are credit cards especially designed to meet the needs and special requirements of business owners? They're called business credit cards. You can apply for one and use it for covering the bills and expenses you will incur, especially if you don't have enough cash to settle them, right away.
There are two basic types of business credit cards - secured and unsecured. To get a secured business credit card, you need to make a substantial deposit to your target card issuer. This initial cash-out serves two important purposes. First, it guarantees the repayment of your credit card charges, in case of default. Second, it determines the spending limit that will be imposed on your business card account.
An unsecured business credit card, on the other hand, does not come with a security deposit requirement. Instead, it carries strict credit score requirements and steep interest rates. Still, it is worth mentioning that such lines of credit come with much higher spending limits or caps as compared to their secured counterparts.
- An equipment lease. If your business has limited financial resources and you need expensive equipment, such as heavy machinery, vehicles or office furniture then, we encourage you to lease, instead of purchasing, them. Look for an equipment supplier nearby and arrange for a true lease. After all, with this option, you can receive the equipment you need without shelling out a significant percentage of your working capital. Moreover, you can use your business finances for covering more urgent startup costs you will soon incur.
- Invoice factoring. If you're in dire need of cash to settle your financial obligations and to keep up with your loan payments then, we suggest you sign up for invoice, or accounts receivable factoring. In this arrangement, you will submit some of your unpaid invoices to a factoring company, for cash. This will provide you with at most 80% of the sum of cash tied-up with your accounts receivable. The remaining 20% will be given to you by the factoring agency as soon as it receives complete payment from your customers.
Now, to avoid problems, we suggest you carefully select the invoices you will submit for factoring. Look for the receipts from your most reliable customers and file them with your chosen factoring agency. By doing so, your enterprise can avoid getting penalized for payment delinquency or default.

Entrusting Shipment And Delivery Function To A Van Leasing Company To Promote Your Business Forward
Whenever the average consumer recognizes that an item is going to be shipped to her home soon (maybe it's a gift basket of flowers sent by her spouse each month on the day that they first met, a one-of-a-kind gadget ordered from local and independent toy manufacturers, or specially created batches of "It's A Girl!" cupcakes for a good friend's baby shower party), she is expecting that the items will be safely and securely deposited into her hands at the specific period and in the best overall condition. There are always less-than-inspiring stories about deliveries gone lousy that led to damage and setbacks of the sent goods, and each of these scenarios would be cause for disappointment from the client and a general distrust in the delivery company from that point on.
Businesses that center around the handling and transportation of merchandise or even services, regardless of the firm's size, could take advantage of deciding on the best vehicle to match their purposes. Small vans and trucks are ideal for being loaded with a large variety of goods and moving them to the designated addresses in good condition, which makes them worthwhile investments. Buying one of these vehicles, on the other hand, could be an excessive amount of a financial stress to correspond with the normal concerns of running a company, but it is very good to know that people who run businesses have an alternative solution when in need of a high quality vehicle or truck from dependable car manufacturers.
Based on the size and consistency of the operations, business people have the freedom to pick from the different brands of small, medium, and large vans or trucks. Van leasing deals guarantee that customers have access to modern, good quality, and presentable vehicles every time their lease agreement is renewed-a definite plus that will maintain the positive image and attention to quality of a organization. The flexible financing plans that is included in vehicle contract hires also make sure that customers are getting the best value with regards to capital and making substantial income instead of losing profits on huge standard payments and costs.
Van leasing features low deposits and low monthly obligations that happen to be fixed and correctly budgeted in order to save buyers from unforeseen changes that put them at a drawback. Customers will also have a complete tax relief on their payments because financial lease is classified as a hire contract for income tax purposes. Van leases also generally feature maintenance plans that could introduce much better savings on maintenance work. Also, when compared with getting a car, leasing a van for a small business would not leave a person with worries over downgrading value and the need to sell the vehicle after the deal is made.
Thanks to pick up truck and small van leasing, firms involved in a variety of transfer and shipping functions can experience value productivity and good quality in their choice of company vehicles. Having the ability to pick the best vehicle to get the task finished can eventually bring about customer satisfaction along with a positive track record of giving excellent services.

Business Financing - Alternatives To The Government Enterprise Finance Guarantee
Earlier this year the UK government introduced the Enterprise Finance Guarantee scheme (EFG). The EFG replaced the Small Firms Loan Guarantee Scheme (SFLG) with the commitment to helping small businesses raise the funds they require to trade through the current economic downturn. The EFG is based on the government guaranteeing up to 75% of the value of a commercial loan offered by a company's bank. The company's directors will normally be required to personally guarantee the remaining 25% of the loan.
Companies are still finding it extremely difficult to raise vital finance despite the government claims for the EFG scheme. According to a recent report published by the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, in the year up until the 3rd April 2009 a total of 2,369 loan guarantees to the value of GBP 178m had been issued, under both the Small Firms Loan Guarantee Scheme and the Enterprise Finance Guarantee scheme. This figure is significantly less than the GBP 205m guaranteed in the previous year. It is also far below the scheme's GBP 360m budget set by the Government in March 2008.
For this financial year the outlook now is just as worrying. The latest Bank of England figures show that new lending to companies continued to contract in May 2009, following a fall in April. Clearly, despite the government's assurances and backing, UK banks remain extremely reluctant to provide new loan facilities for businesses. I have recently had a number of discussions with small business owners which back up this analysis. It seems common place that new loan and commercial mortgage applications with the backing of solid business plans are being consistently declined (often at the last minute) with little or no rational explanation from the lender.
Based on the current evidence it seems very much that the banking system is reluctant to back any business opportunity unless it has almost a cast iron prospect of success. This situation is certainly stifling entrepreneurial activity and thus undermining the driving force required to kick start the economy and move it out of recession.
Given this situation, business owners are well advised to consider alternative options for raising finance. Business refinancing can help in this area. Business refinancing generally involves raising cash secured against tangible business assets thus giving the bank real security and the comfort required to release funds. Examples of business refinancing include:
Asset refinancing
The process of borrowing against the value of any fixed assets which are owned by the business.
Invoice financing
The process of raising money based on a company's outstanding invoices. Invoice financing could allow a company to draw down up to 90% of the invoice value immediately on the issue of a valid invoice.
Trade financing
Enabling a business to receive up to 80% of the confirmed order value up front to pay the suppliers required to fulfil the order.
Until lending eases businesses will struggle to trade out of the current economic situation. However it seems that they are unable to rely on Government initiatives such as the Enterprise Finance Guarantee scheme to allow them to access the funds they need for expansion and growth. Unfortunately Business Refinancing will not be suitable for all. However it is certainly an option that should be reviewed by all in the current climate.

Business Loans And Interest Rates: Understanding The Basics
Although financial experts have declared an official end to the recession; the economy is far from out of the woods and as a result; banks are continuing to restrain their loan lending, tighten their requirements and reject a large proportion of loan applications particularly from the small and medium businesses.
As the economy continues to remain trapped in financial struggle; the small and medium business owner is viewed as far too much of a financial risk and as a result, obtaining the ideal and much needed commercial finance lending can be viewed as far too difficult but is all hope actually lost?
Business loans have always been difficult to obtain however, in today's economy the independent lender and in particular the commercial mortgage broker has shone through to provide the ideal business lending whatever the situation may be.
A commercial mortgage is deemed the most popular form of business lending and can help a new or existing company to procure the ideal commercial property. As a long term financial agreement; a commercial mortgage can last for up to twenty five years and is made available at a fixed rate to enable steady cash flow issues. By providing sufficient personal and business income details, business financial agreements, projections and cash flow documentation a specialist broker will determine your loan credibility and whether such a long term agreement is the best option. If agreed, a commercial mortgage can be the ideal form of business finance, enabling the success of business and what's more is that, as a form of long term finance interest rates are often relatively low.
For those businesses in need of urgent financial aid whether to assist with a debt issue, cash flow problems or perhaps even to secure a deal or the purchase of a new property; a bridging loan is considered the ideal, short term solution.
As a form of short term lending, a bridging loan can often be secured within a matter of days, exact amounts that can be borrowed under such terms will of course be dependent upon lenders. As a short term agreement, often borrowed between one to twelve months; a bridging loan is considered as high risk and thus the application will be an intense procedure and equity to secure the loan will be required. As such a short term, risky loan the interest rates of a bridging loan will be undoubtedly high.
Despite the continuing loan rejection amongst banks; the commercial mortgage broker is able to assist, whether you have been previously rejected or not, in finding the right business loan for you. As an independent company; brokers are not driven by the hard commission based structure of banks but in fact effectively work for the benefit of a business meaning that, long term success will always be taking into account when determining financial solutions.
The commercial mortgage and bridging loan are just two examples of business finance however, bear in mind that whichever option you select for your business; interest rates will vary depending on the borrowed sum and agreement length. Ensure to discuss all available options and interest rates before you agree to anything or you could find yourself facing risky, fluctuating payments.
